Virginia Ann Sparks, age 94, of Brunswick, died Sunday, February 14, 2016.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 17, at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in DeWitt.

Memorials are suggested to the charity of donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Summerville Funeral Home in Salisbury.

She is survived by two sons James Sparks of DeWitt, MO, Billy (Norma) Sparks of DeWitt, MO, five daughters Patsy (Michael) Walker of DeWitt, MO, Virginia "Shorty" (Ray) VanDeventer of DeWitt, MO, Sharon Cariddi of Phoenix, AZ, Karen (Bob) Adams of Mendon, MO, Cheryl Arney of Columbia, MO, twenty five grandchildren, fifty six great grandchildren, ten great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur J. and Bessie C. (Fisher) Steinke; husband, Everett L. Sparks; brother Marvin Steinke; sisters Evelyn Jennings, Irma Weisenbarn, Euna O'Dell; and a grandson Terry Joe VanDeventer.
Virginia Ann Sparks, age 94, of Brunswick, died Sunday, February 14, 2016.
