He was born on October 19, 1951 to Richard Archie Brimmer and Jo-Ann Beaman of West Los Angeles, CA. His father was killed in a logging accident when Richard was just an infant. his famous grandfather was Richard Dix, a movie star of the 20's, 30's and 40's who died in 1949. Richard is survived by his wife, Eileen Brimmer of Fullerton, CA; his daughter, Amanda; and one granddaughter, with another grandchild on the way. He will be terribly missed by all who knew him including his loving aunt, Sara Sue Dix of Desert Hot Springs, CA; his sister, Rachelle Nolan of Huntington Beach, CA; his pal and cousin, Greg Zamarin of Montana; his uncle, who was his father's twin brother, Bob Dix of Chatsworth, CA and his nephew, Zack Nolan of Huntington Beach, CA.
