Theresa, of Grand Ledge, MI. passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2016 in Lansing, MI.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed. Theresa was born to the late Ferdinand and Martha (Began) Aelker. She was a longtime faithful member of the St. Michael Parish and retired from GM.
She is survived by her husband of over sixty-five years, Frederick L.; children, Rebecca (Steve) Hollington, Jeanette Long, Michael (Patti) and Mitchell (Roxanne) Long; grandchildren, Bridget (Travis) Langhals, Justin (Cara) Long, Danielle (Jon) Zatkoff and Alex Long; great grandchildren, Grayson and Landon; siblings, Gladys Cherry, Elizabeth Wisner, Mary (LaMott) Hamlin, Robert and Donald Aelker.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at St. Michael Catholic Church, Grand Ledge, MI by The Reverend Fr. James Eisele. Rite of Committal followed at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. A Scripture Service was held.
