Debbie was a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and a great friend. She was a strong woman who knew how to brighten your day with a wise crack and her infectious laugh. She loved the outdoors and driving down back roads, many days we spent cruising the country roads.
Debbie was proceed in death by her parents and grandparents.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, a son, Rodney Kelley and wife Catherine Rue Kelley, daughter, Megan Kelley and husband Jeffery Manor; son; half-sisters, Heather Melton and Mary Waters Blakely; step-mother, Angela Melton; half brother, Donnie Waters and grandchildren, Kimberly and Haden, and their church family at First Baptist Church- Thorp Springs
