Found in The State 10 October 1978: Henry H. Dorn, 74 of 4017 Cassina Road, former owner of Gervais Street Pharmacy, died Monday in Columbia. Born in Edgefield, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Pressley M. Dorn. He was a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Pharmacy, a member of Trinity Cathedral and former president of the Pharmaceutical Association. He was also a member of Acacia Lodge 94, AFM. Surviving are a son, Henry H. Dorn Jr. of Columbia; a sister, Mrs. Raymond G. Wood of Luther Ridge, N. C.; a brother, Cecil Dorn of Murphy, N. C.; and two grandchildren. Services will be noon Wednesday in Elmwood Cemetery, conducted by the Very rev. Manney C. Reid. Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street chapel, is in charge.
