He is survived by his wife of 45 years Linda Hoover; daughters Denise Hoover, and Kristina Ott; son-in-law John Ott; three grandchildren: Shannen Wickham, Jacob Ott, and Lucas Ott; sister Jeannette Craig; and brother John Hoover; cousins and friends.
Services will be held on February 17th, 2016 at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA at 1:30pm with reception to follow at 2625 N. Normandie, Spokane, WA.
