Randy Bryant Ward of Greenville, N.C., died Friday, April 30. She was 94.
A Catoosa County native, she graduated from the University of Tennessee and taught school in Georgia for more than 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Ward Sr.; three sisters; parents, Harve Bryant and Lavinia “Vinie” Bridges; two brothers; two great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, James W. and Linda Ward of Greenville; grandsons, Keith A. Ward of Greenville, Mark A. Ward and wife, Tammy Ward of Winterville, N.C.; great-grandchildren, Sara and Christopher Ward of Winterville, Kerri and Nicholas Ward of Cary, N.C.
Services: Tuesday, May 4, at 10 a.m. at Anderson Cemetery in Ringgold. Memorial contributions may be made to Salem Baptist Church, 1933 Keith-Salem Road, Ringgold, Ga., 30739.
