Glen E. Hill, age 70, of Scott, passed away into the loving arms of Jesus, on Saturday, February 13, 2016.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at the Church of Jesus Christ in Scott. Burial with full military honors will follow in the church cemetery. Pastor Zona Powell will officiate.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
Mr. Hill was a retired Veteran of the United States Air Force, receiving the Silver Star. He also worked as a Director of Training for Farmers Home Furniture. Mr. Hill was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Scott. He loved golf and spending time with his family at the lake and traveling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward T. and Brondell Capp Hill and a son, Gregory E. Hill, Sr.
