Harold came to Indiana in 1926, raised on a farm in Hayden, IN and moved to Indianapolis in the late 1930s. He graduated from Arsenal Technical High School and served in the U.S. Air Force in WWII.
He married Lillian M. Reising on October 7, 1944 and had two children, Roger and Sharon (Frank), she preceded him in death in 2007.
Harold worked at R.C. Casey and Sons with his father and brothers. He retired from Casey Construction Co. & Casey Excavating after 30 years in business. Harold loved restoring and driving antique cars, belonged to numerous antique car clubs. After retiring, Harold and Lillian loved traveling in their motor-home and spent the winter months in Everglades City, FL.
Harold is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Lillian M. Casey; son, Roger Casey; brother, Floyd Casey (Janet); sister, Dorothy Miller (Jack); Scott’s Mother, Susan Casey; Son-in-law, Robin Frank; grandson; great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sharon Frank.
Services entrusted to Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, with interment at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
