Lester Eugene Parker, 58, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016. He was born August 12, 1957 in Nash County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Blanche Cockrell Parker.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Enoch Blue Parker; children, Aaron Blue Parker, Ashley Olivia Parker (Jeremy), Amy Dawn Stokes(Kyle) and Adam Collie; Julia Gray, mother of Aaron and Ashley Parker; brother, Tommy Parker (Johnnette); sister, Phyllis Whitley (Danny); four grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Cornerstone Funeral Home with Rev. Reuben Batchelor officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cornerstone Funeral Home for final expenses.
