Debra Jane Stephens, age 53, passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2012, at her residence. She was born in Bradford County, Florida, to Dawling Blair and the late Betty Johns. Coming from Starke, Florida, she had lived in Perry since 1964. Mrs. Stephens was of the Pentecostal faith. She was a homemaker. In her spare time she enjoyed flowers and gardening, and she loved her family.
