Debbie Sue Parlier, 37, of Elizabethton, passed away on Monday, August 6, 2012, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.

She was the daughter of Steve Dayton Parlier, Granite Falls, N.C., and Carolyn Blevins Bradley, Elizabethton.

Ms. Parlier was a homemaker.

Survivors, in addition to her parents, include four sons, Andy Kimes, Gray, Dustin Braswell, Bluff City, Cody Braswell, Elizabethton, and Josh Finney, Butler; two daughters, Kaitlyn Braswell and Katarina Finney, both of Hampton; two granddaughters, Chloe Phillips and Aubrey Braswell; two special grandchildren, Ashlynn Rains and Ethan Rains; two brothers, Kelvin Bradley and Dayton Parlier, both of Elizabethton; a sister, Kimberly A. Tolley, Elizabethton; six nieces and nephews; her step-father, David Bradley, Butler; and two ex-husbands, Willie Braswell, Hampton, and Rick Finney. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

A graveside service for Ms. Parlier will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday, August 10, in the Stevens Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Cannon officiating. Active pallbearers will be Ronnie Blevins, Willie Braswell, Dustin Braswell, Cody Braswell and Rick Finney. The family will receive friends in the funeral home chapel from 1 until 2 p.m. Friday, prior to the service
