Thomas was born in Gloucester England ,
on June the 11th 1888,
at some point as he grew up he moved to
8 helmet row LONDON EC1V
the post code EC1V refers to the clerkenwell area of London
and after the great war ,
on the 19th of July 1923 aged 35
he landed at the port of Halifax Nova-scotia in Canada,
after a 35 day journey on the white star liner,
the SS PITTSBURG,,
having left Southampton via Bremen on the route
the Pittsburgh steamed,
