In the name of God, amen, I Samuel Blaker (sic) of the Township of Warwick in the County of Bucks in the province of Pennsylvania, millwright, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and perfect mind and
memory blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say, first and principally, I commend my soul to Almighty God, who gave it, and my body
to the earth, to be buried in christian like and decent manner, at the discretion of my executors here after named, and as touching and concerning my worldly estate, chattles, goods and effects, I do give, devise, bequeath and dispose of the same as here after follows:
And first my Will is, and I do hereby order and direct, that all my just debts and personal expences shall be first and immediately paid.
Imprimis, I do give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Catherine Blaker all that or this my lands tenement or plantation, where of I am now possessed and wherein I now dwell, scituate (sic), lying and being in Warwick Township above mentioned (sic), and containing fifty acres of land, more or less, with all its appertenances, to have and to hold the said land and premisis with every of its appertenances unto her my said wife Catherine and to her heirs and assigns forever: And further, I do also give and bequeath unto my said wife Catherine the sum of eighty pounds part of my moveable estate, which together with one hundred and twenty pounds, heretofore by me given and put into her hands ammounts unto the sum of two hundred pounds: I do also give unto her my riding mare, her saddle, bridle and one smith (sic) cow together with all my household goods and furniture of every sort and kind and also her beds and furniture, the said land and money together with the chattles and moveable effects, as aforesaid I do give devise and bequeath unto her and her heirs and assigns forever, and to and for no other use, intent or purpose whatsoever
Item I do give and bequeath unto my son Peter Blaker the sum of five schillings lawful money of Pennsylvania
Item I do give unto my daughter Mary Timers the sum of five schillings
Item I do give unto my daughter Lydia the sum of five schillings
Item I do give unto my daughter Sarah Hough the sum of five schillings
Item I do give & bequeath unto my daughter Judith Ellicott the sum of five schillings
Item I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Hannah Foster the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money of Pennsylvania, and my own pair of silver buckles Item All these abovementioned (sic) legacies, I do order shall be paid within one year next after my decease Item It is my will, and I do hereby order and direct that all the remainder of my estate, after the aforesaid legacies are paid, shall be equally divided amongst my grand children, the lawful issue of my own children above mentioned, male and female, each of them to be paid and receive his share or part thereof respectively when they arrive to full age, and in case any of such.

my said grand children should die before they, he or she, arrive at age then, their, his or her share or shares shall be equally divided among the survivors of them: But whereas there are several writing belonging to my estate, which are now in the possession of Joseph Ellicott my son in law, late sheriff, which I entrusted him to keep for me until I should want or require the same, amongst which writings there is a bond from himself to me, the obligation is 200 pounds conditioned for the true payment of 100 pounds with intrest, at a time long since past, signed sealed and duly executed by him, but not paid; (sic) And also one other judgement bond from Jacob Myers to me for 100 pounds, and one other bond from Henry Stover to me duly executed, for the payment of 15 pounds together with sundry other valuable writings all which he unjustly detains from me without any reasonable or sound motive, but chiefly depending on my weakness and infirmities, that I cannot stir about to look for and recover the same; (sic) Now if in case the said Joseph Ellicott or his heirs, do not pay of and discharge the said bond of 100 pounds according to the true intent and meaning of the same, and also deliver up to my executors these other abovementioned (sic) writings which I delivered to him only in trust for my own use, then his children shall not be entitled to, nor receive any part of the remainder of my estate as abovementioned (sic), but shall be barred and excluded from the same, any thing herein before contained to the contrary thereof in any ways not withstanding. And lastly, I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint, my aforesaid well beloved wife Catherine Blaker, and my trusty friend Andrew McMicken of Warwick above mentioned, to be the joint executors of this my Last Will and Testament and further, I do hereby revoke, disannul and make void all former and every other Will or Wills, Testament or Testaments, by me formerly made, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament: In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the ninth day of March in the sixteenth year of the reign of King George the Third and in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Six. 1776

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Samuel Blaker to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who have here unto subscribed our names as wit nesses in the presence of said testatator
