Carol Genevieve Meacham, 57 of Spotsylvania died Friday April 16, 2004 at Mary Washington Hospital.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and a friend to Jesus. She earned her Associate degree at LaSalle University.
She is survived by her loving husband, David L. Meacham of Spotsylvania; three daughters, Barbara J. Womack, of Houma, LA., Kimberly A. Conley, of Spotsylvania, Melissa L. Fletcher, of St. Petersburg, FL.; one brother, David Drongowski, of Jackson, MI.; seven grandchildren, Sonya, David and Katelyn Conley, Nicole Holmes, Alyssa Womack, Zachery Fletcher and Addison Fletcher. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Johnson.
A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Wednesday, April 21, 2004 at Covenant Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Douglas Kittredge officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tues. April 20, 2004 at the funeral home.
