Lila Ruth Prater Thompson, age 84, formerly of Jonesborough, TN, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at the River Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Covington, TN. She was a native of McMinnville and a daughter of the late Arlie O. and Irene Woodley Prater. Lila was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, Ms. Thompson is preceded in death by sister, Frances Homer and a brother, James D. Prater.
