Patsy L. Foster, 81, of Mound City, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009, at an Omaha hospital.

Patsy was born in New Point, Mo., on March 13, 1928.

She graduated from Oregon High School in 1946.

On Sept. 15, 1957, she married Keith Foster in Oregon, and they became parents of one daughter. He preceded her in death.

Patsy worked as an office manager for United Telephone for several years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kelso D. and Pansy (Louden) Fleener; and a brother-in-law, Bill Foster.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Todd Heits of Tarkio, and grandson, Kyle, also of Tarkio; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bob and Jeane Crouse of Mound City, and Henry R. and Janetta Foster of St. Joseph; and nieces and nephews.

She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church in Mound City.

Services: Wednesday, Chamberlain Funeral Home in Mound City.
