Laura E. Perry, age 87, of New Castle, DE passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday February 8th, 2016.
She is now in the loving arms of Jesus Christ for all eternity.
Laura was a devoted mother and nurse for many years. She enjoyed the fellowship of her Christian friends and family and attended Victory Fellowship Church.
She is predeceased by her daughter Rebecca Ruth Tucker on February 21st, 2015.
Laura is survived by her six children, Valerie Mason (Charles) of Millsboro, DE, William H. Steele, Jr. (Rebecca) of Conowingo, MD, Kenneth P. Steele of West Palm Beach, FL, Laura Jordan of Wilmington, DE, Noni Steele of Wilmington, DE, and Mark Steele of New Castle, DE.
A visitation will be held on Saturday February 13th, 2016 at 10 AM at Gebhart Funeral Home 531 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720. A short prayer service will be held at 11 AM at the funeral home. The burial service will immediately follow the service at Delaware City Cemetery, 530 West Clinton Street, Delaware City, DE 19706.
