Samuel E. Howard, 71, was born November 9, 1944 in Memphis, TN and passed away on January 22, 2016 at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital in Germantown, TN. Mr. Howard was one of nine children from a blended family of Robert E. and Edna Welch Howard. He is survived by his sister, Yvonne Johnson (JJ) of Southaven, MS, one brother, Mike Howard(Cathy) of Memphis, TN, four daughters: Regina Craig (Charlie) of Searcy, AR, Lisa Phillips (JR) of Beebe, AR, Teresa Cothern of Jacksonville, FL, Lorina Rice of Phoenix, AZ, two sons: Tommy Howard, California City, CA, Sergio Howard, Phoenix, AZ, thirteen grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many cousins and close friends. The family will receive friends and relatives Saturday, February 13th from 1 pm until services at 2 pm at Forrest Hill South Holmes Rd. Interment to follow at Forrest Hill South Cemetery.
