Funeral Mass for Dolores J. Kramer Oliver, Jeffersonville, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at St. Augustine's Catholic Church, Jeffersonville, with burial in Queen of Heaven Cemetery. She died Monday, Feb. 8, 2016, at Baptist East Hospital with her family at her side.
Dolores was born June 16, 1930 to the late Charles and Glenna Kramer. She was a lifelong resident of Jeffersonville and lifelong member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church. She was a medical technician for more than 50 years working at The Haven's Group, St. Joseph's Infirmary, Audubon Hospital and U of L Hospital.
She is survived by her son, Scott Oliver and his wife, Christine; daughter, Joeanna Joyce and her husband, Christopher; two granddaughters, Casey Dolores and her husband, Brad and Carly Rose Oliver; three great-grandchildren, Kaley, Parker, and Jenna Watts; sister, Ann Vissing; along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Harry H. Oliver; four brothers, Charles, George, Johnny and Duffy Kramer; and four sisters, Lillian "Sis" Blueher, Pauline Royse, Mary Jenkins and Patricia Niehaus.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday, at St. Augustine's Church.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Baptist East Hospital for the wonderful care given in her last days.
E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, has been entrusted with arrangements.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to St. Augustine's Catholic Church.
