One of the saddest deaths that it has been our duty to report for some time occurred yesterday morning at 2:15 o'clock. We allude to that of little Floyd, the 8 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Deppe. Last Saturday afternoon while playing in the yard the little fellow was taken with a paralytic stroke. He was carried into the house and everything possible done to restore him to health, but to no avail. Inflammation of the brain set in and he died at the hour above stated. Funeral services will be held at the family residence, corner Third and Monroe streets, at 1:30 and at the Sixth street Lutheran church at 2 o'clock this afternoon. Interment in Oetgen cemetery.
