Charles Edward Wilsey, son of John and Margaret Wilsey, born in 1861 in New York. Married Maud Myrtie Gannon and to this union were born three children (known of); Ruth, Annabelle and Paul Joseph.

Charles E. Wilsey, age 80, died last week, Wednesday morning, at his home in Angola. Funeral services were held at the Weicht Funeral Home on Friday afternoon, with Dr. John Humfreys officiating, and burial was in the Jordan cemetery. The survivors are the wife, one son, Paul, two daughters, Ruth German, and Anne Vaniman, all of Angola, and one step-daughter, Mrs. Roscoe Munger, of Nevada Mills, as well as two brothers, one sister, and four grandchildren.
