Roxanne Lombard Brooks, age 71, passed away following a full life of service, love and commitment in Dunn Loring, Virginia on 19 August 2015; daughter of the late Herbert Lyle Lombard and Marjorie Ann Koerner. Roxanne graduated from Ohio State University and attended Catholic University for her Master's in Social Work. Roxanne, and her late husband, Gerry moved and served the Army for 25 years. Roxanne and Gerry were married for 47 years. She is survived by their 3 children, her seven grandchildren.
