Survivors include his wife, Joan; two sons, William R., Tampa, and Robert H., Montgomery, Ala.; a daughter, Carol Sems, Temple Terrace; a brother, John S., Tampa; a sister, Ann Rigby, Tampa; and five grandchildren.
