DONNA STRATTON (nee Durschlag) of Avon Lake, OH. Born Feb. 16, 1930. Wife for 62 amazing years to the late William Stratton; mother of Tom Stratton (Maureen) of Alpharetta, GA, Vicki Hyland (Tom) of Avon Lake, OH and the late William Stratton; beloved grandma of Brennan (Amy), Kevin, Matt, Scott, Kate, Bill and David; cherished aunt of Holly O'Donnell (Marty) of Avon Lake, OH and Karla Roarty of Orlando, FL. Donna was so loved by her family and friends. She attended Miami of Ohio where she and Bill met and married shortly after. They traveled frequently and spent their winters in FL and there summers in OH. Always supportive and full of great advice. She loved to read, garden and golf, but the thing she cherished the most was socializing with her family. She and Bill were truly role models for how to treat people. The passing of the two wonderful people, within months of each other, leaves a huge hole in our hearts. In lieu of flowers the family asks that you take a moment to truly appreciate someone you love and spend time with them. In the end it's the only thing that truly matters. FUNERAL SERVICE MONDAY DECEMBER 7, 2015 AT 10 A.M. AT THE BERRY-McGREEVEY FUNERAL HOME, 26691 DETROIT RD. WESTLAKE (One mile west of Columbia Road). Interment Lakewood Park Cemetery. FRIENDS RECEIVED AT THE FUNERAL HOME FROM 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. SUNDAY.
