Mrs. Paul was a native of Pineville, KY but lived the last 40 years in Augusta, GA. She was a giving person and her family always came first. Mrs. Paul was a noted Bridge player. She and Mr. Paul were volunteers with the Jaycees, and then Mrs. Paul worked with children with developmental disabilities while living in Jesup, GA. She was a doting and devoted Grandmother. Mrs. Paul was a long time member of St Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.
Family members, in addition to her husband, include her daughters: Tonya Paul and Tammy Paul Steinmeyer and husband Michael; grandchildren: Kevin and Megan Steinmeyer; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother: Eula Bennet and brothers: Brown L. Bennett and Bill R. Bennett.
The funeral Mass was held Monday, February 8, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at St Teresa of Avila Catholic Church with Fr. Mike Ingram as celebrant.
Inurnment followed in the Columbarium at the Church
