MRS. MILLER DIED THURSDAY - Mrs. Etta May Miller, 80, 2917 Wood St., died about 7:15 p.m. Thursday at her home.
Born at Greentop, Mo., she came to Ames in 1924. Her husband, the late Abraham Miller, was employed at Iowa State University.
She attended Collegiate Methodist Church here.
Survivors include two sons, Gerald of Newton and Abram of Denver, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs. Velma Walton of Urbandale; her half-sister, Mrs. Helen Lowe and Mrs. Lowe's two sons, Robert and Gordon, all of whom were raised in the Miller home, and a grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband in January, 1948 and by two brothers and a sister.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. from the Adams Funeral Home with the Rev. Wilbur Wilcox, pastor of Collegiate Methodist Church officiating. Burial is to be in Story Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
