Emigrated to the United States in 1849 landing in San Francisco and a short time later went to St. Louis, Mo.
He was a Steamboat Captain and associated with many of the Captains and Pilots involved in the River traffic.
He was engaged in bussiness for about 2 years in St. Louis and in New York for one year.
Then he returned to California before coming to Utah in 1868 where in 1870 he established Denhaler Bottling Works, encorperating the bussiness in 1907.
Henry was considered an authority in Mining in Utah.
He was President of Denhalter Bottling and Deer Trail Gold and Silver Milling Companies.
