Daughter of Gilbert Manchester and Mary Tompkins, she married 1st. Epaphroditus Lavare in 1816.
Their known children:
1. Arnold Brightman, b. 1820, d. 1887, m. Lucinda B. Wilbour.
2. William Taber, b. 1823, d. 1899, m. Sarah M. Brownell.
3. Lavinia Ann, b. 1826, d. 1907, m. William H. Vinal.
Widowed in 1825, she married James Clarke/Clark in 1829. (it's Clarke on her headstone and Clark in some VR records found)
They had a daughter, Mary Anna, b. 1836, d. 1899, m. John Dexter.
