Funeral services for Gayle Aimo, 73, of Tuttle, OK, were held Tuesday, 1/20/2009, at the Sowers Memorial chapel in Tuttle.

Gayle Aimo was born 1/17/1936 in Headrick to John Woodrow & Vonnie (Compton) Adams. She passed away on her birthday, Saturday, 1/17/2009. She graduated from Capitol Hill high school in Oklahoma City and married Thomas Aimo Jr on 8/17/1956. They lived in California and later moved to Tuttle. Gayle worked in the banking industry in California and also in Tuttle. She also sold home interior products for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Buddy Adams, and a sister, Ruth Wilson and a son-in-law, Jimmy Watson.

Gayle is survived by her husband, Thomas of the home, son, John McDaniels of Orlando, FL, 3 daughters, Kim Anderson & husband Mike of Norman, Gloria Cooper of Tuttle, and Teresa Watson of Tuttle, grandchildren, Laura & Buddy Cooper, Jacob Anderson, Katie Steagall & husband Cecil, Shawn McDaniels, Jeff McDaniels, Jillian Watson, and Megan Watson, and 2 great grandchildren, Taya Markel & Jason Hodges. Interment was in Fairview cemetery, Tuttle, under direction of Sevier funeral home.
