Mrs. Rachel V. Hardie, age, 91, widow of Mr. Tom Hardie, died Tuesday evening, January 1, in Warner Robbins.
She was a lifelong resident of Wilkinson County and a Charter Member of Ivey Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Rills of Warner Robins and Mrs. Flossie Youmans of Gordon, three sisters, Mrs. Robert W. Brooks of Gordon, Mrs. Clara Patterson of Macon and Mrs. Lala Durham of Mulberry, Fla.; three brothers, Mr. Ed McCook of Hampton, Mr. Henry McCook of Birmingham, Ala., Mr. George McCook of Mulberry, Florida; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren survive.
