Samuel "Jordan" Jacobs, age 25, of Steamboat Springs, CO, and formerly of Dillsburg, PA, passed away on February 1, 2016 at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, CO with his loved ones by his side.

He was born January 13, 1991 to Samuel and Beverly Jacobs of Dillsburg and is survived by one loving brother, Jacob M. Jacobs. Jordan is also survived by his grandfather Vaughn Ritchey, uncle Donald Jacobs and wife Linda, cousin Lauren Jacobs and her sons, uncle David Ritchey and wife Holly, cousins Lauren and Luke Ritchey, and by his loving and devoted fianceé, Hannah Myers of Shiremanstown. Jordan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Abe and Irene Jacobs, cousin Abraham Nathan Jacobs, and grandmother Annalee Ritchey.

Jordan graduated from Northern High School, Class of 2009 also attended Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat Springs. He had an immense love for the outdoors and especially enjoyed snowboarding the back country of Steamboat Springs’ mountains, hiking, camping, and attending music festivals. He lived his dreams by being fearless and lived life to its absolute fullest. He will never be forgotten by those who loved him, especially for his smile and loving heart.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 10 at Malpezzi Funeral Home, 8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg, where there will be a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place in Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
