Deborah L. Harvey, 60, of Severn, died at University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland on February 3, 2016. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Dale S. Kelly and Dolores M. Boddice. She worked at Ridgeway Elementary School in Severn, Maryland.

Debbie was a spirited, funny, and loving friend to more people than can be listed. She was passionate about everything she did, whether it was the Baltimore Ravens, her motorcycle club chapter, or the school where she worked. More than anything she loved the people around her and received that same adoration in return. Everyone she met became part of her family and that family could never be big enough. Everyone that knew her has lost family with her passing.

Mrs. Harvey is survived by a son, Gregory Wyatt of Severn, Maryland; a sister Katherine Houck of Tampa, Florida; a brother James Stanley Sr. of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania; a step-mother, Ethel Kelly of Baltimore, Maryland; and numerous step-children, nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents, Debbie was predeceased by a husband, Gary Wyatt; her daughter, Amy Wyatt; a sister, Diana Wakefield; and a brother Robert Stanley.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 12, 2016 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Donaldson Funeral Home, 1411 Annapolis Road, Odenton, Maryland 21113. A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 10:00am at the Donaldson Funeral Home Chapel. Internment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, Maryland.
