Mrs. Cora Lee Jackson, age 81 of Mayfield, Ky passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 5:20 AM at the Green Acres Healthcare Facility.
She was a member of the Hickory Baptist Church, and she was retired from the Merit Clothing after 27 years.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by her daughter- Terrye Lee (Shannon) Lashbrook of Mayfield, Ky; three brothers- Jerrel (Pat) Winfrey of Hickory, Ky, Danny (Lynda) Winfrey of Mayfield, Ky, and Buddie (Vickie) Winfrey of Mayfield, Ky; three grandchildren- Wendy (Darrell) Langston, Candace Scoggins, and Rob (Jennifer) Huff; 5 step-grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband- Lewis Jackson; parents- Terry Martin & Mable Lorine Skaggs Winfrey.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Glenn Cope officiating. Burial will follow in the Dowdy Cemetery. Friends may call after 11:00 AM on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky.
Pallbearers will be: Marty Winfrey, Barry Winfrey, Bubba Winfrey, Daniel Ellegood, Tony Ellegood, and John Sullivan.
