Eric Alan Rogers, age 58, of Goodlettesville, departed this life suddenly on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at Skyline Medical Center, Nashville. He was born in Tullahoma on September 7, 1957, to Evelin Smith Rogers and the late Woodrow Wilson Rogers, Winchester. He was a 1975 graduate of Franklin County High School, a 1979 graduate of David Lipscomb University, and received his MBA degree from the University of Phoenix. His business career included employment as an executive for Dollar General Stores and LKQ. He was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was dearly loved and will be missed very much. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Ginger Greene Rogers, Goodlettesville, and her parents, Richard and Lucie Greene, Ashland City, brother, Al Rogers and wife Gail, Tullahoma, sister, Amanda Carden and husband Jeff, Smyrna and nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family was held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Watson-North Funeral Home, Winchester, followed by the funeral service at noon. The service was officiated by Winston Tipps. Interment followed at Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
