MARION - Lorene Nora Henry, 84, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015, in Helia Healthcare in Energy. Lorene was born Sept. 15, 1930, in St. Louis to Earl and Eathel (Tubbs) Fisher. She married Walter Henry and he preceded her in death. Lorene retired from Wagner Electric. She was a member of the First Church of God in Marion. Her hobbies included playing the piano, taking care of her plants and watching wrestling on TV. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be missed by all. Survivors include children, Loretta (Mike) Gooch of Marion, Karen Johnston of Florissant, Missouri, and Kevin (Kay) Miller of Marion; daughter-in-law, Cathy Miller of Nashville; brothers, Melvin (Mary Emma) Fisher of Marion, and Wendall (Betty) Fisher of Marion; sister, Janet (Gene) Gooch of Marion; 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, Kendall "Harpo" Miller, and Larry Miller; and sister, Lois Tuck. Services will be at noon Friday, May 8, in Blue Funeral Home in Marion, with the Rev. Mark Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
