Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Mueller Memorial Chapel at Linwood Cemetery, where friends may call after 1:30 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery. The Siegert-Casper Colonial Funeral Home, 390 N. Grandview Ave., is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on Aug. 23, 1915, in Dubuque, daughter of Joseph and Mathilda (Bingel) Wittmann.
She graduated from Dubuque Senior High School.
She married James A. Widmar on Sept. 27, 1951; he preceded her in death on July 1, 1995. Early in their marriage, she was employed at Farley and Loettcher.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.
Surviving are a son, Richard (Cheryl) Widmar, of Oklahoma City; a daughter, Joan (Jim) Luikart, of Geneseo; five granddaughters and two great-grandsons; and many wonderful family, friends and neighbors.
She also was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Gladys Ostwald; and a brother, Lloyd Wittmann.
