She was a native of Chipley and a graduate of the CHS Class of 1973. She was a member of the Macedonia Christian Ministries of Columbus, Georgia. Paula was a woman that loved the Lord, her family and friends. She had a deep love for her three boys, Shannon, Cedric and Galen and her precious grandchildren.
Home Going Services will be held 12 Noon CST, Saturday, February 6, 2016 from the sanctuary of the Yes Lord Deliverance C.O.G.I.C. of Chipley, Florida with Pastor, Superintendent David Woods, Elder Paul Reed, Pastor James E. Allen, Rev. Glen Williams and Pastor Brenda Kennnedy-Seymore, officiating. Committal Services will follow in the Northside Cemetery of Chipley, Florida.
Survivors include his beloved sons: Chief One Officer (II) Cedric Lee (Ana Elisa) of El Paso, Texas, Ret. First Sergeant (1SG) Shannon Lee (Reshell) of Ft. Mitchell, Alabama, and Galen McCray (Monique) of Panama City, Florida; sister: Missionary Vernita Patrick of Panama City, Florida; brother: Ret. Sergeant First Class Franklin Wilson of Chipley, Florida; 15 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 P.M., Friday, February 5, 2016 in the Chapel of Cooper Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida. Minister Jackson will lie in repose at the church on Saturday from 11 A.M. until time for services at 12 Noon with the Cooper Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida, directing.
