Carla Kay Price, 54, of Pampa, went to be with her Lord and Savior early Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at her home. She was born on September 29, 1961 to Finis and Della Gee in Pampa.
Carla married the love of her life, Richard Price, on December 9, 1978 in Pampa. They had been married 37 years at her time of passing. She loved to travel, especially to the beaches and ocean in Florida. Carla enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing video games and facebooking.
She was preceded in death by her father, Finis Gee and a brother, Calvin Gee.
Carla is survived by her husband, Richard Price of Pampa; her mother, Della Gee of Pampa; son, Lee Price and wife Niki of Pampa; daughters, Tabitha Oldham and husband Matthew of Arkansas, Samantha Surles and Damion of White Deer; brothers, Bert Gee and wife Becky of Georgia, Buford Gee of Pampa; sister, Lynette Maciel and husband Rick of Pampa and 18 grandchildren.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Winegeart Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Lighthouse Covenant Church with Pastor Gary Luckey officiating. Entombment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery Chapel of Peace Mausoleum. The family has entrusted the care of their loved one to Winegeart Funeral Home.
