Corporal Isaac Fellows

Notes In 1679 he was a freeman. He was assigned a seat in the meeting house in 1700.
Isaac served with Captain Willard's company during King Philip's War fighting the Narraganset Indians with his brother Joseph, being credited with service to the town, July 24, 1676. He was promised lands if he fought, but never personally received them.

When Isaac's father William died in 1676, he gave Isaac half of his property in Ipswich. Referred to as "Corporal Isaac", he died on April 6, 1721, "upwards of 84". His son Jonathan did receive land promised to his father after his father's death.
