Henry Carl "Hank" Faulkner, of Edgerton passed away Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012, at age 60, after a seven-year struggle following diagnosis of a brain tumor.

Born in Madison, WI, and raised in Cambridge, WI, Hank married Angelea (Bronson) in 1972 and moved to Edgerton, WI, where they raised their four daughters and he lived his remaining years.

As a youngster living on a farm, Hank learned to entertain his family with his creative imagination through pranks, yet he knew how to act quickly in times of need. An avid hunter and excellent marksman, Hank found solace in the outdoors as a young child, a love that continued on his entire life. Whether it was hunting for the next big turkey or buck or simply exploring the woods, Hank enjoyed peace in these simple pleasures.

During his working years, Hank used his skillful hands while employed with companies such as Dana Corporation, General Motors, Columbia Par Car and Stoughton Trailers. For a few years, he also owned his own golf car repair business.

Hank was preceded in death by his father, Richard Faulkner; brother, Thomas Faulkner; sister, Jane Kluever; and grandchildren, Lucy and Isaiah Derks.
