Randall L."Randy" Hoffman, 61, of Orwigsburg, formerly of Pine Grove and Florida, passed away Monday at Orwigsburg Center.
Born Nov. 16, 1954, in Pottsville, he was a son of Dorothy Wolfe Hoffman, Pine Grove, and the late Richard A. Hoffman.
A 1972 graduate of Pine Grove High School, he worked as a sprinkler fitter for Union Local 821.
He was an Army veteran having served during the Vietnam era.
Randy was a member of Schuylkill Church of the Brethren, Pine Grove.
He was a very caring and loving father.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Hoffman.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife, Susan Bornstein Hoffman, Griffin, Ga.; two daughters, Jamie White, Davie, Fla., and Kelly Hoffman, Pembroke Pines, Fla.; two grandchildren, Madison Lozada and Caleb Lozada; a brother, Richard Hoffman, and a sister, Darlene, wife of Steven Noll, both of Pine Grove; nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Schuylkill Church of the Brethren, 347 Sweet Arrow Lake Road, Pine Grove, with Pastor Richard Hoffman officiating. There will be a viewing from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Saturday at the church. Interment will follow in the Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Pine Grove. H.L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., Pine Grove, is in charge of arrangements.
