Coons, and her late husband Charlie Hogan. She is survived by her daughter, Jenny Franks, her brother, Robert C. Coons and wife Sherry, and her sister Penny L. Coons Tooke and husband Michael, and several nieces and nephews. Born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Bellaire where she was a life-long member of Bellaire United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held at Bellaire United Methodist Church, February 4, 2016 at 11 am, followed by internment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
