Henry, Priscilla Palfrey, 87, of Tamarac, FL, formerly of Ft. Lauderdale and Marblehead, MA, passed away on January 26, 2016. She was born November 28, 1928 in Lynn, MA to Leverett Gunter and Emily Mabel Christina (Anderson) Davis. Priscilla moved to South Florida in 1955 and was a former member of First Congregational Church of Ft. Lauderdale.
She is survived by children, Marilyn Lang Degler (Gilbert Trower) of Palm Beach Shores, Joy Ann Winslow (Robert) of Titusville, FL and Alexander James Henry, Jr. of Key Largo; sister Marilyn Davis Wales of Plantation; 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and her furry companions, Tinkerbell and Beecho. She is preceded in death by husband Alexander James Henry, Sr.; sister Dale Davis Hinckley and young brother Harold Davis.
The family will receive friends at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 718 S. Federal Hwy, Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow in Lauderdale Memorial Park Cemetery.
