Heather Owens Evans, 37, joined her dad in Heaven on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, February 4, 2016, at Wilkerson Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Harmon officiating. The interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Heather was a native of Rockingham County and a member of “The Rock” Church of the Living God. The world is at a loss without her radiant light present. She was a wonderful, sassy, brilliant, hysterical, kind and gracious wife, mother, daughter and friend. There are not enough words to express all that she is to us. She was employed as the loan processor for Equity Resources. Her whole life, she dreamed of being a mom and her passion was to help others. She never met a stranger and her presence always filled the room. She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Harmon.
