Mom, b: Midland, MI, d/o Beulah Lee Sherwood and Carl Clayton Crosby. Beulah died when mom was two years old. Mother and Roger were raised by grandparents, Rosa Desire Knight and John Delnor Sherwood. The other sibling, Robert, went to live with grandparents, Benjamin Eugene Crosby and Dora Acker. Mother was the oldest of the three children when grandma Beulah died, the youngest was about a day old, and the other one was 1 year old. When Rosa died, mom went to live with her father, Carl Clayton Crosby who next married Raevilla "Rae" Beardsley. When she was old enough to leave home, she immediately went to live with her deceased mother's sister, Zeta Loretta Sherwood and William Lafayette "Wild Bill" Hickok in Union Co, OH.

Mom worked at a restaurant in Plain City, OH, where she met my father, Forest Lee "Jack" Bugg, b: Union Co, OH, s/o George Washington Bugg, and Maria Louise Bigelow. Mom and dad lived together in Plains, MT.

Georgia Louise Bugg of Morriston, FL who married James Walker. Georgia's husband's daughter was Jamie Walker, and Jamie who has several children.

Mom left dad in about 1961 after having 5 children with Forest "Jack" Bugg, my father. They had 5 children together, only two survived, me, Charlene Ada Bugg and Georgia Louise Bugg (Walker) and we moved to Magnetic Springs, OH. Her divorce was finalized 14 Jul 1962. In 1964 we moved to Midland, Michigan where she worked at a motel making less than $1 an hour and where she was diagnosed with Diabetis type 2 & cancer all through her female organs; she had everything removed.

In 1988, we moved to Marion, OH, and stayed with Zeta for a short spell. Mom worked at Goodwill for 13 years. Then mom went to work at a nursing home there somewhere.

In 1981, we moved to Columbus, OH, where she worked in another nursing home.

Then mom moved to Bradenton and Sarasota, FL, and then to Fayetteville, NC; They moved back n forth from FL to NC for a while.

In 1983, Mom came out to Offutt AFB, NE, where I was stationed

In 1992-1993 She stayed in Spokane, WA, where she worked in a nursing home even though she was considered legally blind and where I was living with my three children.

In 1985, she came out to Missoula, MT, where I was a the time. But eventually she went back to Sarasota, FL, then to Ocala, FL, until she moved into a few different nursing homes, and where she died at one in Williston,

Mother loved reading, knitting, crocheting, doing puzzles, playing cards, and eating. She loved to talk and sing and more than likely had a communication disorder and ADD as she passed it on to my children and me. She had diabetis which her grandmother, Rosa Knight had. She also passed that on to my sister and me. She had degenerative disk disease in her back like my sister, my youngest son, and myself.

I had did extensive research on her ancestors, and you can contact me through my family tree called: "So You think We're Not Related".

I called the funeral home and had them add my grandparents middle names.

I, Charlene Ada Bugg of Raeford, NC, had Kelly Raevilla "Rae" Colegrove, b: Marion, OH, of Sarasota, FL, d/o the late Carl Samuel Colegrove II. My other children, Samantha "Sam" Jo Willoughby, b: Landstuhl, GE, of Spokane, WA; Nevin James Willoughby, b: Spokane, WA, separated from "Gabby" and they have a son, Tristan James Willoughby, b: Spokane, WA, and he resides with his father. Samantha and Nevin, are children of James Garfield Willoughby, b: Butte, MT, and resides in Paradise, MT; My youngest, Gavin Quintin Willoughby, b: Sarasota, FL, and lives with me is the son of the late Richard Miles Elderkin, http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=34557531. I was separated from Jim when I met Richard. I never did marry Richard and divorced Jim and Carl.

I will be adding a lot more to this bio so check back later. Someone shared this story on their tree and that will not be updated.
