Thomas Pollard was the son of Thomas Pollard and Sarah Farmer. He married Mary Harwood in 1726. She was the daughter of William Harwood and Esther Perry. Thomas served in the French and Indian War.Note: There is no grave marker for Thomas

Thomas was the son of Thomas Pollard and Sarah Farmer of Billerica, Mass., and Notthingham West (now Hudson), New Hampshire. He was married about 1726 to Mary HARWOOD, b. 25 March 1709, the daughter of William Harwood and Esther Perry of Dunstable, Mass. Thomas lived in Dunstable, where he purchased land on the east side of the Merrimack River from John and Sarah Taylor on 14 July 1721. In 1722 he purchased additional land on the east side of the river from Joseph Blodget. He was chosen as constable in 1731, replacing Thomas Colburn in that post. He became one of the 18 pioneer settlers of Notthingham West (now Hudson), New Hampshire, chartered in 1733. Thomas served in the French and Indian War in 1756 and again in 1758.

His death record says he is buried in Nottingham West, and there were three cemeteries in use at the time of his death, per Kimball Webster's History of Hudson, NH. It is almost certain he is buried in the this cemetery where his next door neighbor, Joseph Winn, is buried, and where his son Ebenezer and grandson John Pollard are also buried. The Pollards of Hudson, NH appear to be associated with no other cemetery. There was once a church at this location, called the Second Meeting House (Congregational) but the church was moved to another location. Children, first three b. Eight children, born Dunstable. Ebenezer and Abigail are buried in the Blodgett Cemetery, Hudson, NH.
