Maxine married Tony Weston, and he preceded her in death in 1967.
She was a homemaker to her family and had worked at the Richland Memorial Hospital as a nurse’s aide. She was a hard worker and put a lot of time and pride into her gardens. When Maxine was able, she went to church at the Chauncey United Methodist church.
Surviving family includes one son, Bill Weston and his wife Sally of rural Sumner, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her husband- Tony Weston: her parents- William and Mollie Berkshire: three children- Phillip, Janie, and Dottie: and two grandchildren- Ronnie and David.
Funeral service held at the Cunningham Funeral Home in Bridgeport. Burial in Waggoner Cemetery near Chauncey.
