Lisa Hawley, 53, of Sioux Falls passed away Thursday, January 28, 2016 at Avera McKennan Hospital.
Family will be present for memorial visitation from 4:00 – 6:00 pm Tuesday, February 2, at Miller Funeral Home-Downtown, 507 S. Main Ave.
Lisa Lorraine Price, daughter of Leon and Sharon (Perry) Price, was born October 11, 1962 in DeSmet, SD. As a young girl the family moved to Sioux Falls where she attended Lincoln High School. She worked with her mother doing Corporate Cleaning Services.
Lisa was united in marriage with Paul Hawley on November 5, 1985 in Sioux Falls. She loved being a stay at home mom. Her family was her life’s focus. Lisa had a contagious laugh and a “light” about her that would draw you near to her. She had a very distinguishable look, a quick wit, and loved people.
In her spare time she enjoyed movies with her family, word searches, reading, and coloring.
Grateful for having shared her life are her husband of 30 years, Paul Hawley; her five children and nephew, the late Shilo Hawley, the late Trevor Hawley, Chantelle Hawley, Devin Hawley, Calib Hawley, and Austin Price, all of Sioux Falls, SD; and one very special grandson, Henry Vassar; four siblings, Dustin Price, the late Timothy Price, Sue Daniels and the late Becky Price; all of Sioux Falls, SD.
She was also preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Price; her children, Shilo and Trevor; a brother, Timothy Price and a sister Becky Price.
