Married 30th. April, 1894, at Eastvale, Callander, Perthshire (residence of the bride) by H. A. A. Kennedy (Free Church of Scotland).
Witnesses:- John Hill; Jessie Imrie.

The Glasgow Herald, Saturday, April 6th., 1918. Death notice:-
"HILL.- At Dalgair, Callander, on 2nd inst., Richard Hill, merchant, aged 48.- Funeral on Tuesday, 9th inst., to Callander Cemetery, at 2.15 p.m.; friends please accept this intimation."

Cause of death: Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
